1. Prize draw open to existing UK-resident John Frieda Elite® Club Members who receive the Brilliant Brunette® haircare coupon mailer excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. Only one entry per Member to be received no later than 02.02.2012. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. Only John Frieda Elite® Club Members receiving a copy of the Brilliant Brunette® haircare coupon mailer can participate. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that fails to be received for any reason whatsoever. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. 3. John Frieda Elite® Club Members receiving the mailer and validly entering the prize draw will receive a free 50ml mini Brilliant Brunette® shampoo & conditioner set. 4. There is one first prize of a handbag worth £500 to be won. The prize draw will take place on 09.02.2012. The prize winner will be the first name randomly selected from all valid entries received. The prize winner will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw and will receive their handbag prize within a further 28 days. Mini Brilliant Brunette® Shampoo & Conditioner sets will be received by John Frieda Elite® Club Members validly entering the prize draw by no later than 02.02.2012. 5. The handbag prize and each shampoo & conditioner set is as stated, is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. 6. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the advertised handbag prize become unavailable for any reason. 7. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. 9. John Frieda Elite® Club Members are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by entering this promotion. 10. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law. 11.
